What began as a small gathering at The Wigmore in London's West End has grown into a community that brings together professionals from across the commercial real estate industry through a year-round programme of events, from monthly socials and regional gatherings to larger annual occasions.

Our community includes investors, developers, surveyors, occupiers, lawyers, consultants and many of the people shaping the future of the built environment. What connects them is a shared appreciation for meaningful conversation, lasting relationships and the value of spending time together.
