As Co-Founder and Director of Auction House London, Andrew has spent more than two decades at the forefront of the property industry, overseeing the sale of more than £3 billion worth of real estate. Many will also recognise him as a longstanding favourite on BBC One's Homes Under the Hammer, where his distinctive style and expertise have made him a familiar face to millions of viewers.
Guests will have the opportunity to bid on a carefully curated collection of exceptional experiences, exclusive lots and luxury prizes, with every pound raised donated directly to our charity partner, The Elifar Foundation.

Set within the historic grandeur of The Langham London, the Wigmore Wednesdays Winter Ball is a celebration of timeless elegance, bringing together 200 of the most senior leaders in UK real estate for an evening defined by tradition, connection, and exceptional hospitality.
Established in 1865 as Europe’s first “Grand Hotel”, The Langham has long stood as a symbol of Victorian innovation and enduring luxury. Opened in the presence of the Prince of Wales and the great and good of Victorian society, it was considered one of the most technologically advanced buildings of its era - introducing early electric lighting, extensive hot water plumbing, and some of England’s first hydraulic lifts. Elements of this pioneering design can still be seen today within the building’s original architectural detailing.
Beyond its innovation, The Langham quickly became a cultural landmark, hosting aristocrats, writers, and literary figures. It is famously associated with Arthur Conan Doyle, who is believed to have written parts of the Sherlock Holmes series while in residence. This literary heritage continues to be honoured throughout the hotel, reflecting a legacy of creativity, craft, and storytelling that remains central to its identity.
