Vicki Anstey is a wellbeing expert, TEDx speaker, world record–holding adventurer and stress & resilience coach, joining Wigmore Wednesdays to share reflections on resilience, mindset and emotional endurance, alongside insights from her debut book Other People Are Like The Weather. The evening will also feature live music from Courtney, a World Cup screening, and extended opening until 1am.
We are also proud to welcome our charity partner, The Elifar Foundation, who will be joining us on the evening as we officially announce our partnership and share more about the incredible work they do supporting children and young adults with complex needs.
